What is inclusive growth and how can it be quantified and modelled to help policymakers make economic development decisions that benefit all places and tiers of society, while addressing structural and spatial inequalities?
We are inviting data scientists, urban analysts, policymakers, think tanks and social entrepreneurs to come together and explore solutions, with the aim of creating analytical ideas and outputs, funded by the Urban Dynamics Lab and co-designed with policy professionals.
The programme features a set of talks on inclusive growth by key thinkers and doers in the field, followed by an evening of pitches, networking and team formation, and a Saturday of ‘hacking’ inclusive growth, with a view to nominating select projects to continue working with our project partners, along with funding on their further development.
Organised by the UCL Urban Dynamics Lab, and hosted by the Alan Turing Institute and UCL Advances at BaseKX.
