Bio
Flynn is the Programme Coordinator for the Public Policy Programme, working across all the programme’s projects and research. In this role he supports budding work-streams to develop, leads on managing cross-programme projects and builds systems and infrastructure to support the programme's function and growth.
Before joining the Turing Flynn worked in the world of democratic policy innovation. He helped start the ISWE Foundation and was one of the founding team members of the Global Assembly, the world's first global citizens' assembly. He also has experience in public service redesign around the UK and working with the NHS on their approach to person-centred healthcare.
Flynn is deeply interested in the intersection between advancing technology and governance, especially how we can both democratise this tech and use it to make governance work better for people.
