Following a degree in Psychology and an MSc in Psychological Therapies, Georgina is completing her PhD at QMUL in the Centre for Psychiatry evaluating the effectiveness of specialist open prison services for offenders with personality disorder. Using causal theory and models, drawing on both quantitative and qualitative methods, she hopes to collaborate with the Public Policy research programme to use data science methods, such as DAGs, to enhance commissioners understanding of how specialist services work and potential improvements to these.
