Bradley leads IDE and the Digital Engineering spoke of Advanced Propulsion Centre (APC UK), centred at Loughborough University in London. The IDE works with government, industry and academia to drive the transformation of the UK’s engineering and manufacturing capability through harnessing new digital science and technology.

Bradley is the co-chair of the Automotive Councils ‘Advancing Digitalisation’ Mission, chair of the Digitalisation Culture, Skills & Workforce Working Group and Automotive Lead for the Brunel Challenge initiative. Bradley has 30 years' experience in the automotive and technology sectors, and is hugely passionate about powering the UK economy by seizing the opportunity to globally lead the innovation, engineering and manufacturing of future mobility solutions. Bradley previously spent 16 years with global luxury brand Aston Martin, at both operational and senior leadership levels, and formerly held positions at Ford Motor Company, Jaguar Land Rover and BMW Group.
