PhD Student, University of Cambridge

Maharshi is a PhD student at the Cambridge University Engineering Department, working with the asset Management research group. His research interests include collaborative prognosis in a fleet of industrial assets. Collaborative prognosis aims towards enabling prognosis in assets with sparse data, by learning from other data-rich assets comprising the fleet. To that end, Maharshi has developed statistical hierarchical models for prognosis and anomaly detection for his PhD thesis.

Maharshi holds a Bachelors of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Indore, and has been working on collaborative learning in asset fleets for more than five years. He is now affiliated to Darwin College, University of Cambridge as the SF Express Research Fellow in Industrial Logistics.
