Sylvie Delacroix is a Professor in Law and Ethics at the University of Birmingham and a Fellow of the Alan Turing Institute. Her interest in the infrastructure that moulds our habits, leads her to pay attention to the power imbalances that stem from our increased reliance on data-reliant tools. As a concrete way of mitigating the latter, she co-chairs the Data Trust Initiative. Her latest book, Habitual Ethics?, was published by Bloomsbury and Hart Publishing in August 2022.
