Bio

Dr. Elhassan Mohamed is a Research Associate at the Alan Turing Institute, contributing to the Bluebird project. His primary focus involves developing safe, trustworthy, and explainable agents for air traffic control systems. Prior to his role at the Alan Turing Institute, Elhassan worked on the Interreg ADAPT and MOTION projects at Kent and Canterbury Christ Church Universities.

Research interests

Elhassan's research centers on applied machine learning for diverse applications, including assistive technologies for disabled individuals. He is particularly dedicated to advancing the fields of explainable, safe, and trustworthy AI to foster trust in human-machine interactions.
