Yufeng Zhang is a Professor of Operations Management at Birmingham Business School, University of Birmingham. Yufeng’s work addresses challenges and opportunities in complex network operations through using data science tools and AI applications. He is a Turing Fellow, Reviewer for Turing Research Ethics and Advisor for BridgeAI. He is Head of the Department of Management.
