Siddeequah Azmi is the University Liaison Manager for the University of Leeds, based at the Leeds Institute for Data Analytics (LIDA), the multi-disciplinary, data science research centre for the university. Over 90 research centres, programmes and projects are now based at LIDA where the infrastructure supports in excess of £75 million research across the university.
Siddeequah is also the Space Hub Yorkshire Development Manager for the Space at Leeds Network, one of the Horizon Institute’s challenge themes at the University of Leeds, spanning across all faculties. She joined the University of Leeds as a Petrophysics Postgraduate Researcher and Graduate Teaching Assistant on the MSc Exploration Geophysics programme. Engaging with external stakeholders, she strengthened industrial collaborations for the School of Earth and Environment, and in a later role, for the School of Physics and Astronomy, as part of the White Rose Industrial Physics Academy (WRIPA) consortium.
